Why Big Fr and Hungry F?

  1. Why Francium is the biggest element with the lowest IE and EN
Francium is the biggest element  with the lowest IE and EN because it has seven shells and the least amount of electrons pulling in.
  1. Why Helium is the smallest element with the highest IE?
Helium is the smallest because when an atom has a high IE it makes it harder for them to lose electrons. It does not react with other elements because its a noble gas. Noble gases have 8 electrons and 1 shell.

  1. Why Noble Gases don't have EN values?
Noble gases have no EN because their shell is full of 8 electrons already.

  1. Why Fluorine has the highest EN
Flourine has the highest EN because it easily gains electrons because it has 1 shell and  7 electrons.
